Openswan 2.6.15 for Fedora 9

Ran into a bug with Openswan 2.6.14 as distributed in Fedora 9, noticed it appeared to be fixed in 2.6.15 in the bug reports, and tried recompiling 2.6.15 for Fedora 9 using the existing 2.6.15 RPM SPEC. Turns out the one patch included by Fedora also breaks the left=%defaultroute bug I was running into, removed it, and packaged it up for my own use.
